North Korea

President Park Geun-hye on Wednesday called on the international legal community to pay more attention to North Korea's dire human rights record amid calls to bring North Korean leader Kim Jong-un to justice for alleged crimes against humanity.
"Pay more attention to North Korean citizens' human rights," Park said in a luncheon meeting with about 10 international judges and scholars, including Song Sang-hyun, the South Korean head of the International Criminal Court.
