At a meeting held in conjunction with the 72nd session of the UN General Assembly, Al Falasi discussed the Every Woman, Every Child initiative in the context of sustainable development and health objectives.

The meeting addressed how the members of the High-level Steering Group for the UN partnership could be used to support the priorities of the UN Secretary-General on the agenda of the peace and security conference, using health and empowerment as a conference entry point.
