A British grandmother was ordered by a court to wear an electronic tag after she rubbed her grandson\'s face in his own urine. The 51-year-old woman was found guilty of causing actual bodily harm for the incident, The Sun reported Monday. Cardiff Crown Court heard that the grandmother was babysitting her 3-year-old grandson when he had an accident on her new carpet. The woman then decided to \"rub his face in it,\" prosecutors said. The boy suffered burns on his face and ear from being dragged across the carpet. The woman was given a one-year suspended sentence and ordered to wear an electronic tag on her leg. \"This is an extremely serious matter,\" said Judge Paul Hopkins. \"You had been placed in a position of trust by your daughter but something went terribly wrong.\" \"You lost patience when he wet himself, you rubbed his face in the carpet where he had wet,\" the judge said. \"You dragged him across the floor, causing facial and ear injuries and you have shown no remorse for your actions.\" The grandmother was also ordered to pay $402, which will be taken from her benefits.
