The US expressed relief over the release of 13 nuns who were kidnapped by rebels in Syria three months ago from a Greek Orthodox Monastery. "We are relieved by the reports that the nuns have been released," said Department of State Spokesperson Jen Psaki. Psaki stressed, "We continue to call for immediate and unconditional release of all those who remain unjustly detained in Syria."
