In a large-scale media event attended by prominent figures in entertainment, public figures and Arab ministers, the Fifth Arab Producers Forum, sponsored by Arab League, granted Rehab Zein El-Din, the White Hand Ambassador, the title of the Ambassador for Arab Women. She was granted the honour for her efforts in the last four years towards Arab women empowerment. El-Din dedicated herself to launching the biggest campaign ever for assisting women in the Arab world, the White Hand Campaign, which put her in the international spotlight after her program \"the Model Woman\" was registered in Guinness World Records with media man Mostafa Salama, the general coordinator of the campaign. Zein El-Din expressed her happiness by saying: \"This puts a bigger burden upon my shoulders to go on track providing more effort and media work that support Arab women.\" She also stated that the UN report embodied the bitter reality experienced by women in the Arab world in addition to addressing her problems that makes her work top the list of international statistics. She also added that Arab women still live under oppressive practices and endure violence, harassment and are deprived from rights in the workplace and participation in building a constructive society to service future generations. The White Hand campaign was launched in 2008 within the Fourth Arab Producers Forum, making it the first campaign of its kind as it was the first to rely on media support for Arab women. The campaign started its first project, the TV program \"The Model Woman\" that honoured 240 Arab women and was broadcast on 70 TV channels throughout 40 weeks. Mostafa Salama, the Secretary General of the Arab Producers Union and the General Coordinator of the campaign , said that granting the title of the Ambassador of the Arab Woman to Rehab Zein El-Din is an honour to her work in the White Hand campaign. Salama also added that the media is a major factor in improving the image of the Arab woman and the correct starting point for supporting women in the region. Furthermore, he thanked all the TV channels that contributed to pushing the campaign forward and participated in the campaign and its programs.   Zein El-Din is a Lebanese woman with a bachelor\'s degree in psychology. born in April and with a wonderful appeal and style, she is among the most distinguished media figures in the Arab world She started her career in Future TV as a trainee broadcaster in a youth programme.
