The National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) today announced that it has been named the winner of the global banking giant CITI’s 2016 Performance Award for achieving Straight-Through Processing rates of 99.0% for Treasury STP and 97.7% for Commercial STP, respectively.
The annual award is an important designation given to the leading financial institutions worldwide, which have achieved high rates of STP via their state-of-the-art international electronic payment processing.
The award was presented to NBB’s Chief Executive – Treasury, Capital Markets & Wealth Management at NBB, Hussain Al Hussaini, by Mohsin Almardi, Director – Correspondent Banking Group at CITI.
