The World Bank agreed to offer a grant worth $90 million to fund road projects in Yemen, said Yemeni Public Works and Roads Minister Omar al-Karshmi. The funding was announced after the minister and a World Bank delegation held talks recently. The projects involve maintaining more than 2,500 kilometers of main roads in a number of provinces across the country, he said. (MENA)
