Mexican state oil firm Pemex said Friday it had registered losses of almost 53 billion pesos ($4 billion) in the second quarter of 2014.
The company, which brings in more than one-third of the government's revenues, said the losses outstripped the $3.7-billion negative result it registered in the same period last year.
