Antiquities Minister Mamdouh el Damaty will inaugurate on Monday the permanent museum for Egyptian antiquities in the transit hall of Cairo International Airport.

In statements, the minister said such museum will help promote transit tourism in Egypt.

The museum includes 38 artifacts from various eras that were collected from different museums including Egyptian, Coptic and Islamic museums.
