Bahrain’s Embassy to Russia has hosted a reception marking Bahrain’s celebrations of the anniversary of its establishment as an Arab and Muslim country in 1783 by its founder Ahmed Al-Fateh, the 46th Anniversary of its accession to the UN as a full member and the 18th Anniversary of HM the King’s Accession to the Throne.
The ceremony was patronised by Ambassador Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Saati, and attended by 150 students in Russia.
A speech delivered during the event lauded the multiple achievements attained by Bahrain during the prosperous era of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa in various fields through the comprehensive reform approach, the cornerstone of all development and progress in the kingdom.
The embassy affirmed its constant keenness on serving all the Bahraini citizens and students in Russia, lauding Bahraini students’ desire to project a bright and civilised image of their country.
The event also featured speeches and poems by students in love of the leadership and the nation.
