France has recently handed over to Egypt five artifacts, which were stolen from Egypt during the state of lawlessness that had prevailed in the wake of the 25 January revolution. In a statement Monday, the French Embassy in Cairo said that handing over the stolen artifacts to Egypt came due to the efforts exerted by the Central Office for the Fight against Traffic in Cultural Goods (OCBC), which is affiliated to the French judicial police.
