Arab League Secretary General Nabil el Arabi arrived here on Tuesday on a lightning visit to Jordan for talks with senior Jordanian officials on the latest developments in the region.

Talks are expected to cover the situation in Syria, Yemen, Libya, the Palestinian territories as well as efforts to combat the terrorist organizations.
