Arab League Secretary General Nabil Al-Arabi met here Sunday with the Vice President of the World Bank for the Middle East and North Africa Hafez Ghanem . 
Talks during the meeting focused on ways to enhance cooperation between the Arab League and the World Bank in the light of the memorandum of understanding signed by the two organizations in 2011, said the League's general secretariat in a statement.
