Civil Aviation Minister Hossam Kamal met on Monday with visiting Greek Tourism Minister Elena Kountoura and discussed aspects of cooperation to promote the movement of tourism and travel between the two countries.

During the meeting, the two sides tackled means of boosting bilateral agreements in the field of air traffic and increasing the regular and charter flights between Egypt and Greece, especially to the Egyptian tourist cities like Sharm el Sheikh, Hurghada, Luxor and Aswan.

They also discussed the possibility of organizing tourist programs to visit the Egyptian and Greek destinations.

They took up ways of benefiting from the membership of EgyptAir and Aegean Airlines in Star Alliance
