Al Azhar Grand Imam Ahmed el Tayeb met here on Thursday with French lawmaker Jean-Frederic Poisson, who chairs an action group on combating Daesh.

The meeting tackled international efforts to combat Daesh terrorist group and means to fight extremism and put an end to the flow of French fighters to Syria and Iraq.
