Armed Forces Chief of Staff Mahmoud Hegazi received on Monday his Zambian counterpart Paul Mihova and his accompanying delegation currently visiting Cairo.

During their meeting, they discussed a number of issues of mutual interest concerning Africa as well as fostering bilateral relations in the military fields.

Mihova asserted his country's keenness to boost relations with Cairo in the various domains.

The meeting was also attended by a number of senior army officials.
