Higher Education Minister Khaled Abdel Ghaffar said on Tuesday that an agreement was reached with Canada to build an educational complex at the new capital city.
The minister made the remarks during a meeting with Canadian Ambassador in Cairo Jess Dutton and President of Canadian International College (CIC) Magdy Elkady.
Abdel Ghaffar said the complex, which will include five universities, is planned to be placed inside the Cairo Science City.
The meeting took up means to boost research and higher education cooperation between the two countries.
