Minister of Tourism Khaled Rami met with a delegation of trip organizers and media representatives from the US and Latin America.

The Egyptian Tourism Promotion Authority hosts the delegation in Egypt from June 26 to July 2 with an aim to acquaint it with tourist places in Cairo, Giza and Luxor.

During the meeting, Rami welcomed the delegation and expressed his happiness over their visit.

The delegation said that they are looking forward to seeing Egypt’s tourism propaganda in international media.

In August, a specialized company will conduct an all-out promotion campaign about tourist sites in Egypt, Rami said.

Rami said that measures will be taken by the ministry to face the negative ideas published about Egypt in international media.

The delegation visited Luxor, the Pyramids, Saqara, Dahshour and the Grand Egyptian Museum, Spokesperson of the Tourism Ministry Rasha el Azazi said.
