Egypt's Ambassador in Beirut Mohamed Zayed met on Friday with Lebanese Justice Minister Ashraf Rifi.

The diplomat conveyed a message from Egyptian Justice Minister Ahmed el Zend to his Lebanese counterpart on cooperation in the judiciary and justice fields between the two countries.

They also discussed the situation in Lebanon and the region.
