Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry returned home late Wednesday at the of a tour that took him to France and Britain to discuss bilateral ties and regional and international issues.

He met British Minister for the Middle East and North Africa Tobias Ellwood and probed ways of promoting bilateral ties at the economic and political levels.

He also had talks with French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius on enhancing bilateral ties in all spheres, developments in Libya and Syria as well activating the Palestinian-Israeli peace process.
