The GCC Foreign Ministers' joint meeting with the US Secretary of State John Kerry began Saturday.
The meeting will focus on deepening the roots of strategic cooperation between the GCC and the US.
The joint meeting will also touch on the previous GCC-American summit held in Camp David back in May of 2015 and also will discuss international efforts on counterterrorism as well as recent happenings in the region.
