H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE Minister of Finance, this morning received Dr. Akima Umezawa, Consul-General of Japan, at the beginning of his tenure in the UAE.

Sheikh Hamdan wished him success in his efforts to enhance friendship, trade and cultural relations between the two countries.
