Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif met with his Norwegian counterpart Borge Brende in the capital Oslo on Monday. 
During the meeting, they discussed ways of promoting bilateral relations as well as regional and international issues of mutual concern. 
Zarif arrived in capital of Norway at dawn Monday to meet with a number of top Norwegian officials. 
After Norway, the Iranian foreign minister will embark on a visit to German capital, Berlin, on Wednesday to meet his German counterpart Frank-Walter Steinmeier.
