Jordanian King Abdullah II on Tuesday held talks in New Zealand's capital Wellington, with Prime Minister John key on expanding bilateral cooperation fields.
They asserted the importance of exerting efforts to boost bilateral relations in the economic, trade and defense fields, according to a statement issued by the Jordanian Royal Cabinet.
King Abdullah called for uprooting terrorism that undermines global security and stability through an all-out strategy.
He also asserted the importance of Intensifying efforts to reach a political solution for the Syrian crisis with the participation of all factions.
The discussions also dealt with ways to bring about peace between the Palestinians and Israelis based on the two-state solution and international resolutions.
