King Abdullah II of Jordan, met here on Thursday with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister and Special Presidential Envoy for the Middle East and North Africa, Mikhail Bogdanov. 
Talks during the meeting dealt with the latest developments in Syria and ways to address them to safeguard its territorial integrity and ease the plight of its people, Jordanian News Agency (Petra) reported.
