Kuwaiti Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Mohammed Khaled al Hamad al Sabah received on Sunday Yemeni Foreign Minister Abdulmalik al Mekhalfi and his accompanying delegation.

The two sides took up a number of security issues of mutual concern and means of cementing relations between the two countries, the Kuwaiti Interior Ministry said in a statement Monday.

The meeting also addressed security conditions in the region and their repercussions on other countries, it added.
