Libya's deputy Prime Minister Al Mahdi Allabad met with British ambassador to Libya Peter Millett on Tuesday, the Libyan government said in a statement.

They discussed ways to boost bilateral ties in all fields, the statement said.

They also discussed the latest developments in Libya and the government's painstaking efforts to combat terrorism in the north Africa nation.

Earlier today, Allabad met with Russian ambassador to Libya Ivan Molotkov.
