H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Presidential Affairs and Chairman of the Emirates Racing Authority, received today Faisal Al Rahmani, Chairman of the International Federation of Arabian Horse Racing, IFAHR.
During the meeting, H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed praised the UAE's victory and Faisal Al Rahmani's selection as the Chair of the IFAHR, adding that this win reflects the UAE's advanced positioning and the world's confidence in its leading developmental role and excellence across various fields in the international arena.
His Highness the Deputy Prime Minister reiterated that equestrian sports enjoys excellent support and continued attention from the UAE's wise leadership, as it played an integral role in the nation's heritage and history. "The late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan ensured that the UAE cared for the breeding of Arabian horses, supporting breeders and trainers, and encouraging owners to take special care of this distinguished breed of horses," he said.
Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed called on Al Rahmani to exert his best efforts to represent the UAE and its distinguished position in equestrian activities.
During the meeting, Faisal Al Rahmani praised Sheikh Mansour's efforts and interest in Arabia horses and lauded his unlimited support for developing the UAE's equestrian activities in local, regional, and international arenas.
