Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development, today received David Hurley, Governor of New South Wales, Australia, and his wife and accompanying delegation.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed strategic relations between the two friendly countries in the various political, economic, trade, cultural and social fields, and means of developing them.

New South Wales Governor praised the distinguished relations between Australia and the UAE, stressing his country's keenness to strengthen these relations in all fields.

The meeting was attended by Sheikh Mohammed bin Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Arthur Milton Spiro, Ambassador of Australia to the UAE, along with Sheikhs and a number of Australian businessmen.
