Investment and International Cooperation Minister Sahar Nasr discussed with Prince Khaled Bin Alwaleed Bin Talal Al Saud, a Special Adviser at BMB Group, the available investment opportunities in Egypt.
During his visit to Egypt, Prince Al Saud lauded measures taken by Egypt to improve the investment climate in the country over the past period, including President Abdel Fattah El Sisi's endorsement of the a new investment law.
Prince Khaled voiced keenness on investing in Egypt through setting up a number of projects in the Red Sea resort of Sharm el Sheikh and establishing a partnership to expand his current projects and shore up stalled projects in Egypt.
Nasr also posted Prince Khaled on investment opportunities in the new administrative capital, the new al-Alamein city, the Suez Canal Corridor Area Project and South Sinai.
She commended the Saudi investors' keenness on doing business in Egypt within the framework of the Egyptian-Saudi Business Council that plans to raise the Saudi investment cap in Egypt to dlrs 51 billion from both public and private sectors in Saudi Arabia.
