Commander of the Royal Army of Oman (RAO), Major General Mattar bin Salim al-Balushi, met on Wednesday with Major General Stuart Skeates, the U.K. standing joint force commander, currently visiting Oman.

    During the meeting, they discussed a number of relevant topics and exchanged viewpoints on several military issues of mutual interest.
