Palestinian Foreign Minister Riyad al-Maliki met on Tuesday with Swedish State Secretary for Foreign Affairs Annika Soder.
They discussed the latest developments in the Palestinian territories and their impact on the peace process.
The two sides tackled also ways of boosting relations between the two countries in all fields.
Maliki praised a step taken by Sweden to officially recognize the state of Palestine, calling on all other states to follow suit.
Soder expressed her country's support for the two-state solution, considering it the best for the peoples of the two countries
