Planning and Administrative Reform Minister Hala el Saaed had a meeting with Chairman of the Egyptian Union for Investors Associations (EUIA) Mohamed Khamis means of supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and Upper Egypt development.

In a statement on Wednesday, the Planning Ministry said that the two sides also mulled beefing up GOVERNMENT INVESTMENTS in infrastructure and utilities.

The meeting also stressed the importance of cooperation between the government and the private sector in implementing projects in Upper Egypt, the statement added.
