French President Francois Hollande received visiting Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas at the Elysee Palace in Paris Tuesday to discuss the latest developments in the Palestinian territories and means to revive the peace process.

Talks focused on the situation in Al Quds in light of the repeated Israeli attacks on holy sites.

The two presidents are expected to also tackle an idea proposed by France to form and hold a meeting of an international support group.
