Public Security Chief Major-General Tariq bin Hassan Al-Hassan received Assistant Foreign Minister Abdulla bin Faisal bin Jabr Al-Doseri and stressed the importance of stepping up efforts in the field of human rights an d bolstering cooperation. The two sides discussed also issues of mutual concern.

The Assistant Foreign Minister hailed the strong cooperation between the two ministries and the achievements of the Interior Ministry as part of the directives of the Interior Minister Lieutenant-General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al-Khalifa, including the integration of human rights culture in the education and training programmes of the Royal Academy of Police and the implementation of the Police Code of Conduct.
