Qatar's Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad received Gulf foreign ministers visiting Qatar to attend a joint meeting with US Secretary of State John Kerry in Doha, the Saudi news agency reported.

The agency said the Saudi delegation is led by Foreign Minister Adel Jubeir.

The meeting tackled the latest developments in the region, especially in Yemen in addition to a nuclear deal signed by Iran and major world powers.

Sheikh Tamim also met with Kerry and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
