Saqr bin Ghobash Saeed Ghobash, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, MOHRE, has discussed with Shri. T. P. Ramakrishnan, Minister for Labour and Excise at the Government of Kerala in India, ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation in the field of recruitment and employment.

This came during a meeting between the two sides at the ministry's headquarters, in the presence of Saif Al Suwaidi, Under-Secretary for Human Resources Affairs at MOHRE, Navdeep Singh Suri, Ambassador of India to the UAE, along with a number of officials from both sides.

During the meeting, they also reviewed the policies and initiatives implemented by MOHRE, within the framework of the regulation of the labour market in the country, including the procedures applied to bring labour to the state, and its effective role in protecting workers.

The two sides stressed their keenness to develop cooperation to serve their common interests.
