Saudi King Salman bin Abdelaziz Al Saud met with Philip Hammond, the British foreign secretary, on Monday.
They held talks on ways for boosting bilateral ties and the latest developments in the region.
Hammond, who arrived in Riyadh on Sunday, has met with Saudi Crown Prince Muqrin bin Abdel Aziz.
