King Salman bin Abdelaziz of Saudi Arabia received at his Washington residence US Secretary of State John Kerry.

According to the Saudi Press Agency, the meeting addressed bilateral relations and other issues of mutual interest.

The King is accompanied by Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdelaziz, Foreign Minister Adel bin Ahmed Al Jubeir and intelligence service chief Khaled bin Ali Al Humeidan.

King Salman arrived in Washington on Thursday night on a visit at an invitation from US President Barack Obama. He was received at the airport by Kerry and a number of officials.
