H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, today received President Yoweri Museveni of the Republic of Uganda, for a meeting also attended by H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah.

H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan welcomed the Ugandan President and his accompanying delegation, wishing him a pleasant stay and success in strengthening the constructive relations between the two countries.

The Ruler of Sharjah and the Ugandan President exchanged cordial talks and discussed means of boosting joint cooperation in many vital fields such as economy, knowledge, tourism and other fields.

The meeting was attended by a number of Sheikhs and senior officials.
