Egypt’s Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry held talks Thursday with his Tanzanian counterpart Augustine Mahiga on ties and cooperation on the sidelines of the AU meetings hosted by Rwanda. 

According to spokesman Ahmed Abu Zeid, Mahiga extended thanks to Shoukry on support given by Cairo to Tanzania. 

During the meeting, Shoukry briefed his counterpart about the Egyptian Agency of Partnership for Development (EAPD), the spokesman said.
