Egyptian President Abdel Fatah El Sisi had talks here on Sunday with Dutch Premier Mark Rutte on the fringe of the United Nations General Assembly meeting.

The talks tackled means of promoting bilateral cooperation in various domains alongside an array of regional and international issues of mutual concern.
