President Abdel Fattah El Sisi met Friday with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly session currently held in New York.

Attending the meeting were Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry and Amr Abul Aata, Egypt's permanent envoy to the UN.
