Egypt's President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Friday held a meeting with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum here.

President Sisi also held talks with Iraqi Parliament Speaker Salim Jabouri and President of Kurdistan Region Masoud Barzani.
