The Tunisian president, Beji Caid Essebsi, met on Friday with Libya's acting head of rescue government Khalifa Mohammed Ghwell who is currently visiting Tunisia.

The presidency of the Republic of Tunisia said in a statement that the Libyan official briefed the Tunisian President on latest developments in Libya.
