UAE Ambassador to Ethiopia, Ghazi Abdullah Al Mahri, on Tuesday attended the inaugural joint session of Ethiopia's House of Federation and the House of People's Representatives, held at the Federal Parliamentary Assembly in Addis Ababa.

Ethiopian President, Mulatu Teshome, presented a detailed report on the progress of implementation of the government's plans for last year.

The session was attended by Ethiopian Prime Minister, Hailemariam Desalegn, members of the Federal Parliamentary Assembly and members of the diplomatic corps in Ethiopia.
