Zhang Dejiang chairman of the Standing Committee of China's National People's Congress (NPC), is presented the medal "Order of Friendship" by Russian Federation Council Speaker Valentina Matviyenko on behalf of President Vladimir Putin in recognition of Zhang's contribution to China-Russia ties, after their talks in Beijing, capital of China.
