An Egyptian press delegation will start a visit to Latvia on Monday to attend a celebration marking the 100th anniversary of its establishment, said Latvian Ambassador to Egypt Iveta Sulca. 

The delegation will meet several officials to discuss with them ways of boosting bilateral ties in the spheres of investment and economy, added the ambassador in exclusive statements to MENA on Saturday. 

The ambassador also said that on this occasion the government decided to organize several events and celebrations in Latvia from 2017 to 2021.
