French Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Development Jean-Marc Ayrault will pay an official visit to China from April 13 to 14 at the invitation of his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi.

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying made the announcement Friday.
