Russia's Foreign Ministry does not rule out a meeting between Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and UN envoy to Syria Stefan de Mistura in Rome on Friday, RIA Novosti reported on Thursday.

Earlier, Deputy Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov said that Lavrov and his US counterpart John Kerry are planned to meet in Rome to discuss situation in Aleppo and the Syrian settlement.
